Other news
We are starting raiding next month as soon as warfable brings over his main , we try not to have pick ups, so if you sign up be there and intend to stay there , we go by strikes, if you leave for some party in the middle of raid that is one, when you sign up for raid you intend to stay there unless sick or emergency .

Three strikes and you are no longer invited to guild raids we are starting with bh and moving up so we can get used to each other so gear quickly have fun .

Meeting Monday March 12th 2012

At this meeting we discussed rules , no new rules were seriously given out so I am tweeking the old rules in order to make them appropriate for this guild . I know this looks like a lot of rules but most of them are to deal with certain situations.



Basic Rules and Regulations
1)No spamming
2)Attempt not to have political or religious discussion in guild please.
3)No dead baby jokes
4)If you feel the need to talk in trade watch language ,know what you are talking about.
5)If drama does occur in guild , the drama is not to reach forums, if you are found disrupting the guild by breaking this rule immediate removal will happen and you will not be allowed back.
6)No ninjaing



Recruitment Rules and Regulations-recruitment ranks are advisor and up
1)No spamming
2)No ninja invites
3)You can whisper wait for a response before inviting.
4)Make sure no other recruiters are in your area from our guild
5)Try not to follow another guilds recruitment wait a couple minutes unless in trade
6)If recruiting in trade please make sure no other guildees are recruiting in trade
7)Other than trade we recruit in general .
8)All forum posts done for recruitment are managed by the guild masters.



Officers Rules and Regulations
1)Use courtesy in the guild and discretion while handling guild problems
2)Rank your own alts and name them , only guild masters can rank them other than you.
3)Never promote someone you do not know
4)If you find a casual member who needs Immunity please list immunity in their note ( please see inactivity rules and regulations for specifics)
5)If crowswings is gone for over a month without warning anyone in the guild , the guild is to be passed to Anthrobobalt or Infelicitas until she is able to get back or provide an explaination.
6)If a gm is not on and you need to remove someone disrupting the guild please write crowswings a note with the name of the person and a brief description of what happened.
7)Read ninja protocol for the description , protocol , dealings and/or removal of a ninja.
8)Confidentiality is key if a member shares something private it stays private UNLESS the situation is life threatening or it is big enough to split the guild in half.
In situations where a member reports drama, the names of the reporter will be kept confidential.

All other situations are confidential if they ask it to remain private and should NOT be broken.





Ventrilo rules

1)Do not give ventrilo out without permission from anthrobobalt, especially to people not in the guild or the other groups that use ventrilo such as the couple who play minecraft or LoL.
2)No spamming



Our Ninja protocol

When a member of ours is reported for ninjaing, or one of our members reports someone we will provide a fair investigation. Please keep the following in mind.
1)If the person is on a different realm we cannot do anything about this, it is not our job to track down ninjas on different servers.
2)If the person is a different faction , we do not know what you expect us to do here.
3)Flaming someone before/and reporting them to their guild or us is unacceptable, rude and dishonest.
4)Event Items such as metzen, the greench, and eggs ect. respawn often they are not constituted as ninjaing.

Our investigation : we will ask other members of the party to tell us what happened , and decide from there , this means officers and guild masters will discuss this matter , not all of us together but the ones on to decide for removal, demotion or a warning depending on severity.

You cannot expect us to get people who ninja from you kicked from their guilds, if they are proved to be a ninja we can only report it and hope their guild has the integrity and honesty to discipline their members.



Raid Rules and Regulations



Mods
We require ventrilo unless you are hearing Impaired for raid , in the case of hearing Impaired people we will assign an officer to type out the fights to you so you can learn them .

We require deadly boss mods for all members raiding, ask an officer for a safe site to get this from .
You may want a working threat meter in fables raid if you are dps or learn to use the in game one.

Any other Mods are up to the users discretion, if you need any suggestions just ask an officer .



Alternates
In fables raid he will pick out two alternates to help lead the raid with him , so if any members have questions or they need assistance the alternates can help , this is so people can learn how to lead raids .

He will also let alternates occasionally pick strats.

Attendance
Please be ready to raid 15 minutes before hand with flasks , food and fixed , either be outside the instance you know we are raiding or in a major city this means BE FREE FOR AN INVITE.

Invites unless a specific class such as healer is needed is first come first serve, this means if you are late do not expect an invite, however if you are late you can wait outside the instance just in case you are needed.

Core team members are expected to make at least 3 nights a week to raid , this is done on fables schedule , all other teams will be specific to their raid leaders preferances.

If you sign up on the calender you are expected to be there unless there is an emergency , if you do not show up when you clicked yes on the invite we will eventually stop inviting you all together , it is rude to make other people expect you to be there and not show up.

That being said if you report to your raid leader that you will be late , if you are in core certain arrangements can be made.

Rules- Not Loot
1)No snowballs-these occasionally bug and the tank if a snowball is thrown at him will loose aggro and the raid will wipe.
2)No choo choo trains or lil XT during raid- this is for people who play with sound- these are very annoying.
3)Please do not link recount or other mods like recount in guild chat, raid chat, general ,
4)No Nuts-Nuts is a pet squirrel who throws nuts at people, making the stunned symbol above their heads , they can still move but in a raid setting this is confusing. Not only does he do that but occasionally when nuts throws a nut at a yellow creature they will aggro you , this is bad for the raid .



Loot Rules

Our guild uses a basic roll system.
This means when the core team is set up 1 B.O.E. ,1 B.O.P. 1 pattern , 1 specialty item.

Greens and blues-Will get DE`d and all DE materials will go to bank, if no enchanter is present loot master will take sell to vendor and put all proceeds into the guild bank.

Boe Purples-not a pattern or specialty item- We will do roll to use main spec person winning must equip it to bind it to them , then roll to use off spec , person must equip it to bind it to them . If item is not rolled on we will put in the guild bank. If there are three or more like items in the bank we will sell it and put all proceeds including ah cut into the guild bank.

Patterns, Orbs,Specialty items such as cloth, specialty gather items for quests such as the rogue legendary.

You must be able to use these items in order for us to give them to you , his means linking your professions before you roll , linking a pattern that can use the item , or linking the quest before rolling.

If no one in the raid can use the item we will put the pattern or non bop item into the guild bank for someone who can.

BOP Purple armor and weapons - Must be able to use item . We will do roll to use main spec , then roll to use off spec, if no one rolls item will be ded, if no enchanter is available loot master will sell to vendor and put all proceeds into the guild bank.


We will start raiding next month starting with baradrin working or way up from there , this month we will be doing some oldschool dungeons for achievements , reputations and transmog items .

Hello and welcome to Secret Apocalypse

We recently decided to remake this guild and moved from Khadgar Alliance to Thrall Horde, same battle group different server and faction.

The leaders and officers of this guild have years of experience from other guilds including the old Secret Apocalypse of Khadgar.

This guild however will have raid and pvp as well as leveling unlike the old Secret Apocalypse which was strictly leveling.
